Your Brightview Warranty

Your Brightview home comes with a comprehensive builder warranty covering workmanship, materials, and major structural components. Here's a general overview of coverage — your specific warranty terms are detailed in the documentation provided at closing.

Workmanship & Materials

Covers defects in workmanship and materials for the first year after closing. Includes drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, doors, and more.

Mechanical Systems

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems are covered for defects in installation and materials for two years.

Structural Components

Major structural elements — foundation, load-bearing walls, roof framing — are warranted against defects for up to ten years.

Appliances & Fixtures

Appliances and fixtures are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We'll help coordinate claims during the first year.

Warranty Claim Process

    Submit Your Claim

    Fill out the warranty claim form on this page with details about the issue, including photos if possible. You can also email us directly at warranty@brightviewhomes.us.

    We Review & Respond

    Our warranty team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days. We may schedule a site visit to assess the issue in person.

    Schedule the Repair

    Once approved, we'll coordinate the repair with our trade partners and schedule a time that works for you. Most non-emergency repairs are completed within 7–14 business days.

  • 4

    Follow-Up

    After the repair is completed, we'll follow up to make sure everything was resolved to your satisfaction.

Warranty FAQ

How long is my warranty?
Workmanship and materials are covered for 1 year from closing. Mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) are covered for 2 years. Structural components are covered for up to 10 years. Specific terms are outlined in your warranty documentation provided at closing.
What's not covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, homeowner negligence, damage caused by third parties, landscaping, cosmetic issues reported after the initial walk-through period, and items covered by separate manufacturer warranties (which we can help you navigate).
How quickly will you respond to my claim?
We respond to all warranty claims within 1–2 business days. Emergency issues (water leaks, gas leaks, no heat/AC, electrical hazards) are addressed as quickly as possible, typically same-day or next-day. Call (321) 310-2849 for emergencies.
Can I email my warranty claim instead?
