Do I need to already own a lot?
No. You can bring us a lot you already own, one you're under contract on, or even one you're considering. We'll evaluate any lot for buildability before you commit — at no cost. We can also help you find available lots in any of our 16 counties.
What counties do you build in?
Brightview Homes builds in 16 Central Florida counties: Brevard, Charlotte, Duval, Flagler, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole, and Volusia. All 10 of our floor plans are available in every county.
How long does it take to build?
Typical build time is 5 to 7 months from permit to completion, depending on the floor plan, lot conditions, and county permitting timelines. We'll give you a detailed timeline during your consultation and keep you updated throughout the entire process.
What's included in the base price?
The base price includes the complete home construction on your lot — foundation, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, fixtures, appliances, and exterior finishes. Site work (clearing, grading, utility connections) varies by lot and is quoted separately during your consultation.
Can I customize a floor plan?
Our floor plans are designed for efficiency and value, so we don't offer structural modifications. However, you can choose from multiple exterior styles, select interior upgrades and finishes, and personalize options like flooring, countertops, and fixtures during the design process.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Our sister company Springwell Capital offers construction loans, DSCR loans for investors, bridge financing, and fix & flip lending. We can also work with your preferred lender. Contact our team for details on current financing programs.
